du hast ja oben diese riiiiiieeeeesen funktionsleiste. dort befindet sich ein button (der 5. von rechts) auf dem "video" steht.
wenn du den klickst bekommst du ein paar zeilen in welche du die angaben eintragen kannst.
in diesem fall hier als provider youtube und in die URL-zeile die URL auf der sich das video befindet. anschliessend dann "video einfügen" klicken und es wird automatisch eingefügt!
